My name is Destiny Patterson, and I am the artist behind In My Nature. I am a Georgia artist with a love and appreciation for the outdoors, which serves as the foundation and inspiration for my artwork.

In addition, I am passionate about mental health & well-being. I aim to highlight how nature can be a source of calm and joy for everyone — not only for those who consider themselves outdoorsmen.

Through my artwork, I strive to capture the beauty of the world around us. Creating art brings me the same sense of fulfillment and calm that I find in nature. It is my hope that each piece encourages others to pause and appreciate the beauty around them and to explore the outdoors.

In the 'Thoughts & Things' section, you can find my online, public journal where I share things I have learned through lessons and experiences, or simply just intellectual conversation.
